Tomoko has been playing the harp professionally for twenty-years in Los Angeles/Orange County area. She shares her love and passion for the harp with her audience and clients of all ages with her music. As an active chamber musician, Tomoko frequently performs with Cello, and Flute as a duo for various events, including Philharmonic society of Orange County, at a Nixon Library, Hosen House, and charity concerts and disaster relief funds. As a co-founder of Harpsody Duo and Harptet, Tomoko was invited to perform for the American Harp Society Institute. She was also a featured guest musician in the publication 'Harp Column' and 'edible' Orange County version. She is a recipient of Best Business of Irvine Award in the category of Musicians in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Tomoko is a graduate of Chapman University, Manhattan School of Music, and holds DMA from University of Southern California. She is a member of American Harp Society, Pi Kappa Lambda, the National Music Honor Society, and Music Teachers Association of California.
